Professional Curtain Making courses in Ascot, Berkshire
A beautifully dressed window often becomes the focal point of a room.
Once you have decided upon a suitable style for your curtains, you will need to choose your fabric, Then think about the heading, lining colour and whether to use a track or pole and in what material.
You also need to consider if tie-backs will be appropriate and whether your curtains have to perform a practical function, or are for window dressing only.
This three day course will give you the skills and confidence to make beautiful hand-made curtains, both lined and interlined, plus how to create eye-catching headings and finish with decorative enhancements, such as finials or lambrequins.
You will also Learn how to make various headings, from pencil pleats, triple, double and goblet pleats, to eyelet headings.
